Meira Spivak is the CEO and Co-Founder of Results Driven Innovation, where she helps entrepreneurs think bigger, solve complex challenges, and turn bold ideas into measurable results. An expert in the Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT) methodology, Meira believes innovation isn't reserved for a select few, it's a practical skill that anyone can learn and apply.
Over the years, Meira has led transformational workshops for organizations including Amazon, Vistage, professional associations, and hundreds of school administrators. Backed by more than 20 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector and a successful career in strategic consulting, she equips leaders with the tools, clarity, and confidence to unlock new opportunities and achieve extraordinary results.

Leanne Meyerowitz is the Project Manager for Top of the Mountain Retreats and a seasoned Executive Assistant with over 25 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders. For the past two years, she has served as a Fractional Executive Assistant, partnering with clients to anticipate needs, manage complex priorities, and provide seamless executive and operational support that allows leaders to focus on their big-picture goals.
Known for her calm, organized approach and ability to thrive under pressure, Leanne brings clarity, structure, and efficiency to every project she leads. Whether coordinating operations, managing logistics, or keeping multiple priorities on track, she is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, high-touch support that helps businesses and teams operate with confidence and ease.
